In exchange for receiving this free service, you agree to:
1. Detailed Case Study Participation
Allow PresTech AI to document your AI automation journey, including before/after metrics, time savings, cost reductions, and specific workflows automated. This case study will be published on our website and marketing materials (with your approval of final content).
2. Video Testimonial
Provide a 30-90 second video testimonial describing your experience working with PresTech AI, the results achieved, and your recommendation to other businesses. We'll handle all recording and editing—you just need to share your honest feedback.
3. Active Engagement
Commit to actively participating in all discovery sessions, providing requested data/documentation in a timely manner, and designating a point of contact who can coordinate with our team throughout the 28-day audit period.
4. Honest Feedback

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Beta Program, your business must meet the following criteria:

- ✓Have repetitive manual workflows that could benefit from automation
- ✓Be willing to share measurable results (time/cost savings) publicly
- ✓Commit to completing the full 28-day audit process
- ✓Be located in the United States (remote engagement is fine)
Important Terms
- No Financial Obligation: There is absolutely no cost to participate. You will not be charged for any services provided during the beta program.
- Content Approval: You will have the opportunity to review and approve all case study content, testimonials, and marketing materials before publication.
- Confidentiality: Any sensitive business information shared during the audit will be kept confidential and will not be included in public-facing case studies without your explicit permission.
- No Implementation Obligation: The audit provides recommendations and a roadmap, but you are under no obligation to implement the suggested automation solutions or to hire PresTech AI for ongoing work.
